Your information

This site is run by the Pinehurst Homeowners Association, the volunteer, non-profit association of the 26 homes in Pinehurst Estates, Heritage Pointe, Alberta.

What we collect

Only what you type into the two forms on the Buying page:

• Your name and email address
• Whether you are a buyer, agent, lawyer, owner or neighbour
• For a document request: the property, the documents you need and the date you need them by
• Your message

How we use it

Your message is emailed to the association's volunteer board so we can reply to you. We use it only to answer your question or request. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Cookies and other services

This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may set a strictly necessary security cookie. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when you visit.

Resident area

The resident area uses Cloudflare Access: you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, and only addresses the association has on file can sign in.
